Delivery policy:
In the event that a recipient is not home or does not answer, your order will be left either at the door, with a neighbor or management office/desk. We can not refund/replace missing or damaged deliveries after the item has been successfully delivered.

Our design studio is not open to the public. However, we specialize in corporate orders and special events!

Currently we are focusing on moving in to our new studio space.

For every order sold we volunteer an hour of work to www.PawsWithCause.org charity to help animals in need.

aNaturalDesign.com is an online only custom floral design studio located in Bothell, WA.

You may order online with select days available for delivery. The calendar will tell you what days we are not available for delivery due to our event schedule.

Please note that the call volume is quite high during major holidays, and it may be difficult to get through to us. However, we are happy to take orders online. Delivery calendar dates will show active when available.

We are available to meet by appointment and schedule events outside of normal hours. We are available for events even when our retail is closed. Please feel free to contact us with questions. We're happy to answer them!
